Teawallah's Summary: This is the best certified organic Darjeeling we have had this flush. Even before brewing the tea you will appreciate its pedigree. This first flush is a truly exquisite tea with a full bodied fruity infusion and a taste full of the sun. Brewing Instruction: Brew with boiling (bubbling) water. Add 2 gms (1 teaspoon) of tea leaves per cup. Steep for 4 minutes. Strain and serve. Do not add milk.
